Building perfect round-shouldered bales starts with a pickup that delivers a clean sweep and reliable feeding. That’s why all Roll-Belt PLUS pickups are designed to be tough. They deliver a clean sweep with a double-cammed reel drive, a heavyduty steel roller and a tine windguard that improve both crop flow and capacity for positive, trouble-free feeding.
For working with light and delicate crops, the ActiveSweep™ rotor with special feeder strippers transfers the crop directly and gently from the pickup to the bale chamber. For unprocessed bales, the SuperFeed™ option then provides straight-through processing, but if you want to pack in maximum material, the CropCutter™ alternative features a full knife bank for ultra-fine chopping, producing dense silage bales for maximum air exclusion and minimised spoilage.
