NHCC Background and Organization
New Holland Credit Company, LLC and New Holland (Canada) Credit Company is a company with a long history in this business. The Company began in 1962 as part of Ford Credit (finance subsidiary of Ford Motor Co.) and provided credit for farmers buying Ford tractors. In the mid-1980's, Ford Credit absorbed the credit operations of Sperry New Holland when Ford Motor Company purchased Sperry New Holland. In 1991, we became Ford New Holland Credit Company when Fiat purchased New Holland from Ford. In January 1997 New Holland N.V. purchased Ford Credit's share of Ford New Holland Credit Company. We then became a stand-alone entity completely owned by Fiat known as New Holland Credit Company, LLC.
NHCC presently has over 300 employees throughout North America.
Employees are located in NHCC's central office in New Holland, Pa.
and in three Regional offices.
The New Holland Location is responsible for administering the Wholesale and retail receivables. The Region offices are sales support.
These receivables are acquired from New Holland dealers, as well as non-New Holland dealers that offer noncompetitive products.
