NEW HOLLAND’S NEW HIGH-CLEARANCE TRACTOR COMBINES ECONOMY AND SIMPLICITY

New Holland, PA (April 25, 2007) -  New Holland’s new 80 PTO-hp TD95D high-clearance tractor combines economy and simplicity in a package that’s perfect for vegetable and specialty crop growers who require narrow tires and extra ground clearance. A part of New Holland’s Lean & Mean line of dependable, economy tractors, this high-clearance tractor is available in 2WD or 4WD.

A minimum of 25 inches of crop clearance under the drawbar allows the tractor to work without causing damage to strawberries, tomatoes and other valuable specialty crops. The axles can be adjusted from 59 inches to 79 inches to match row widths. Optional axle spacers increase rear track width to a maximum of 99 inches.

A flexible 20 x 12 transmission with creeper range is standard. The transmission features seven forward gears with speeds under 1 mph as well as seven gears in the 2 - 6 mph working range. A left-hand shuttle lever makes it easy to shift between forward and reverse.

The proven, reliable 238-cubic inch, four-cylinder turbocharged diesel engine provides high torque backup. Designed to run on B20 biodiesel or standard diesel fuels, the TD95D high-clearance tractor is emissions-compliant, fuel-efficient, durable and economical.

For operator comfort and convenience, the TD95D features a wide, flat-deck platform that provides plenty of legroom, excellent visibility and a fully adjustable seat with arm rests. Both sides of the platform have steps to make entrance and exit easy.

The 3-point hitch has 5,025 lbs. of lift capacity to handle large implements. Ample hydraulic flow is supplied by up to three rear remote valves supplied by a dedicated 13.6 gpm implement pump, with a separate 8.1 gpm steering pump.
