This modified TG tractor gets attention

Dave Miller, who is a member of New Holland's Dealer Sales Support group in New Holland, Pennsylvania, is always pulling for New Holland ‚ on and off the clock.

Dave and his dad (also named Dave) make up a father-son tractor pulling team. They have been to Ohio, Pennsylvania, Maryland, Virginia and West Virginia with their modified TG255. Dave owns the tractor and does this for fun, not for work. Often, the announcers know he works for New Holland, so they'll say some extra nice things about the tractor when they announce him. And, because tractor pulls always attract a lot of farmers, Dave gets a lot of questions.

"People ask me what it is and if it's a prototype," he says. "It looks good. It has a mean look. It has the 'wow' factor that draws attention in all the areas where we've showed up to pull."

When Dave Miller isn't working at New Holland, he competes in tractor pulls with his own modified New Holland TG255 tractor.

Sixth grade student creates ad

When a school in Norfolk, Nebraska gave their sixth grade students an assignment to design an ad for a local business, one student, Luke Winkelbauer, chose his local New Holland dealer. (Luke's dad, Scott, owns New Holland equipment.) The ad was published in the local newspaper.

"Serving Northeast NE for over fifty years," proclaims the ad copy. "Dinkel's do the job for you!!! Where the real pride of farming is. Come to Dinkel's for your solution!"
