The TJ frame, axles and drive train components are bigger and beefier to handle both deep-tillage tools and wide-working implements.

Sturdy, half-inch thick steel plate frame endures the demanding duties faced by these large 4WD powerhouses.

Longest wheelbase on the market (154 inches on the TJ375, TJ425, TJ450 and TJ500 models, 139 inches on the TJ275 and TJ325) smoothes out your ride on rough terrain and helps eliminate power hop.

Center-pull drawbar design maximizes TJ tractor performance. The TJ drawbar is mounted near the articulation point at the center of the tractor. This center-pull design, combined with the longest wheelbase on the market, gives TJ tractors more efficient pulling power to tow wider implements.

The largest-diameter bar axle in the industry on the TJ375, TJ425, TJ450 and TJ500 has the strength and durability to match the high horsepower and heavy load capabilities of these tractors.

An inboard/compound planetary final drive on the heavy-duty TJ375, TJ425, TJ450 and TJ500 and all scraper models handles abusive applications and heavy shock loads.

An inboard 4-gear planetary final drive is used for the TJ375 standard model.

An inboard 3-gear planetary final drive and four-inch-diameter bar axle are used on the TJ275 and TJ325.

Massive axle housings offer built-in strength for structural support.

Planetary input gears, bearings and final drives are lubricated with pressurized, filtered and cooled oil.

Precision-ground spiral bevel gear sets transfer power from the powershift transmission to the planetaries and drive shaft. They offer strength, durability and quieter operation.

Bar axles allow for adjustable wheel tread settings—from 60 to 176 inches with duals, depending on model and tire size.

Hydraulically activated wet disc brakes on front and rear axles are cooled with filtered oil to provide superior stopping power.

Weight can be factory- or dealer-installed. A front cast weight bracket can be added to the frame for additional ballast. Suitcase weights are also available for the front axle. For the rear, suitcase weights and a cast bracket can be added if the tractor is not equipped with a three-point hitch.
