Cut virtually any crop without plugging. Two heavy-duty knives
on each disc spin at 3,000 rpm.
Crop flows directly from cutting disc into conditioning rolls
(flails with the Model 1412, 1432 and 1442) with help from patented
lifters located above the knives.
Condition crop gently, evenly. Full-width, chevron-design
intermeshing rubber rolls (Models 1411, 1431 and 1441) crack crop
stems for fast drydown while retaining protein-rich leaves.
|
Flail conditioning promotes faster drydown. Tapered
flails (Models 1412, 1432 and 1442) rub crop together and against
a conditioning hood to remove the waxy layer on stems, enabling
moisture to escape quickly; customers report flail conditioning
enables them to bale grass crops up to a day sooner than with
roll conditioning.

Easily change from swath to windrow with a single lever.
 |
Adjust roll pressure (Models 1411, 1431 and 1441) to
match crop conditions with the turn of a crankno tools
needed.
Avoid disc and knife damage when cutting in rocky fields
by adjusting the cutting angle hydraulically from your tractor
cab.
Cut more crop with less scalping or knife damage with
easy-to-adjust header flotation. Headers on all models respond
quickly to uneven ground.
|
See crop flow from the conditioning rolls (Models 1411, 1431
and 1441) thanks to the open windrow shielding design.
|
Make over-square corners and mow at most any angle.
The larger models (1431, 1432, 1441, and 1442) provide superior
maneuverability with their center pivot-tongue design. The 1441
and 1442 also include a swivel-hitch tongue (drawbar or 3-point)
for even greater maneuverability. The 1411 and 1412 have a unique
bent-tongue design and constant-velocity joints for the convenience
and performance of a swivel hitch.
